Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number

• clear photographic evidence of the damage

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

• used items

• change of mind

• minor variations in colour, texture, or finish

As each candle is crafted in small batches, slight variations are part of the process and not considered defects.

Cancellations

Each ritual is crafted in small batches. For this reason, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. We cannot allow ancelations.

Shipping
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
